The label bosses The Advent and Industrialyzer team up with Hugo Paixao and they are releasing an excellent EP on Codeworks. Kicking off this EP is the title track ‘Mutant’ which creates a big chunky affair full of dark beats with smooth percussion on the foreground. A very nice and intense production with smooth string getting along. ‘Twisted’ follows, featuring stabbing and rolling deep basslines mixed up with nice and melodic riffs. Can be better than that?
